These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and klwin ("klwin", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the klwin online casino and sportsbook service available at klwin.bio.

Where multiple accounts are identified, klwin reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances or winnings therein.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. klwin reserves the right to request documentation to verify any information provided at registration or at any subsequent point, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your klwin login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. klwin will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access that results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. 4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Processing

Bank transfer and card deposits may take longer depending on the payment provider. klwin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the klwin platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the klwin platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any klwin content without prior written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, klwin's total liability to you in respect of any claims arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

klwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. This limitation applies whether the claim arises in contract, tort, or otherwise.

klwin does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical malfunctions, or third-party service failures beyond our reasonable control.

You may close your klwin account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (net of any applicable bonus obligations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and standard withdrawal processing procedures.

klwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity is detected.
• An account is identified as belonging to a self-excluded individual.
• Regulatory requirements necessitate account closure.

In cases of account closure for cause, klwin reserves the right to void outstanding bonuses and, where fraud is established, to withhold account balances pending investigation.

klwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, klwin will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users — for example, via an in-platform notification or email to the address on file. The updated Terms will take effect from the date stated in the revised document.

Your continued use of the klwin platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming authority regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction under which klwin holds its gaming licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to the dispute resolution procedures established by the relevant regulatory body.

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you must first contact the klwin support team in good faith to attempt to resolve the matter informally. klwin commits to acknowledging all formal disputes within five (5) business days and to providing a substantive response within thirty (30) days.
